A few days ago, Pori Moni officially signed a government grant film called "Story of Dodo". Today the name of her co-actor has been revealed.

The once happy couple, whose romance unfolded like scenes from a movie at the shooting of Gias Uddin Selim’s ‘Gunin’. The two quietly got married on October 17, 2021, announced it to the world, had their formal reception on January 2021, had an adorable child named Rajya, and it all seemed to be a fairy tale until the cracks started showing.
"Story of Dodo" is a government granted film which received funding in the financial year 2021-2022. Directed by Reza Ghatok and produced by Nazmul Haque Bhuiyan, the film received a grant of Tk 60 lakhs.
Renowned director Chayanika Chowdhury informed The Daily Star that she is counting the days until she begins filming her scheduled web film, starring Pori Moni and Mahfuz Ahmed, today.
Notably, Pori Moni-starrer two films have hit the theatres this year-- "Maa" and "Adventure of Sundarbans". In "Maa", she portrayed the role of a mother, and the film earned accolades as it made its way to the Cannes Film Festival.
Pori Moni had hoped for Sariful Razz to receive an award during the Meril-Prothom Alo Awards 2022 at the Bangabandhu International Conference Center's Hall of Fame in Sher-e-Bangla Nagar on Friday, September 8.
