When Pakistani actress Saba called Salman Khan indecent

Remember Pakistani actress Saba Qamar, who starred opposite the late Irrfan Khan in "Hindi Medium"? She once stated on a show that she will never work with Salman Khan, even if he agrees to work with her. The actress also called him 'chhichhora' (indecent), which irritated many of Salman's fans. A video clip from the show has recently resurfaced and is making the rounds on the internet.
In 2015, Saba appeared on an episode of the Pakistani television show, "Good Morning Zindagi". Here, she was shown pictures of several Bollywood actors including Hrithik Roshan, Emraan Hashmi, Ranbir Kapoor, Riteish Deshmukh, and Salman Khan, and asked questions about them.
Saba was asked to say 'no' to the shortlist of actors in hypothetical scenarios—along with an explanation for her answer. When Salman's picture appeared on the screen, Saba dismissed him by calling him a 'chhichhora'. While holding her ears, she also added, "God forgive me, I am afraid of Salman."
"He pays no attention to the choreographer. He creates his own styles. What is this, man?" she asked, imitating Salman's famous "Dabangg" hook step.
As Saba's words were not taken lightly by the Indian audience, she later clarified in a statement that whatever she said about each actor was for 'fun.' She also expressed her admiration for the Indian film industry, particularly for Salman Khan. The actress would also describe him as a 'huge star' and 'humble'.
Saba made her Bollywood debut with the film, "Hindi Medium" in 2017. The romantic drama was directed by Saket Chaudhary.
