‘Pathaan’ racing towards 1000 crore club
Shah Rukh Khan's mega-comeback film "Pathaan", directed by Siddharth Anand, is now an all-time blockbuster in India. The film has now collected about 888 crore gross worldwide with the second week coming to a close.
The YRF film held up strong on its second week, with slightly reduced ticket prices.
In two weeks, the film has recorded $41.02 million overseas, while the net collection in India stands at 458.90 crore. The total worldwide gross is a breathtaking 888 crore rupees.
"Pathaan" is now one of the highest grossing Hindi films in the history of Hindi cinema.
The Deepika Padukone, SRK and John Abraham starrer has become a must-watch masala entertainer, celebrated across the world. The film is a part of Aditya Chopra's ambitious spy universe, in which "Ek Tha Tiger", "Tiger Zinda Hain" and "War" are also super hits.
