STIR FRIED THAI HERB WITH FISH
10 pcs Pepper
10 pcs Garlic
15 pcs Chili
3 pcs Finger Root
2 pcs Lemon Grass
3 Brunch Fresh Pepper
2 tsp Soy sauce
1.5 tsp Oystar Sauce
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Sesame Oil
Basil leaf
Lime
Red chilli
Procedure:
Firstly, deep fry the fish in heat oil until it turns golden brown. Then bring the fish to room temperature and drain it. Pound and mix the pepper chilli and garlic properly. Then put the oil on medium heat and stir until you start to smell the fragrance. Put all the five sauce together and mix them with rest of the ingredient. Stir fry them and put all those on the fish. Finally stir fry the fish with lime, basil leaf and red chilli. Serve the fish with basil and red chilli topping.
