Cherry pies and evil guys
Imagine fourteen-year-ago you turning on AXN (remember when TV was a thing?) to watch your favourite demon-slaying duo. You see said duo — two gorgeous humans who you certainly do not have a crush on in any way, shape or form — doing what they do best, and you’re happy (remember the last time you felt that way?). You would think fourteen years is long enough for you to get over that phase. Surprise, surprise! You’re wrong. Supernatural proved to be the only constant in all of our lives (shoutout to all our ‘best friends’), and like all things in life, it’ll come to an end. Perhaps, the longest standing, strongest and widest fan base to ever have existed, the Supernatural fandom is not happy about this one bit. At least there’s another season to go, so don’t go crying just yet. The trailer was both unfairly short and extremely vague, so we don’t know what to make of it. There was some slaying of course, along with a killer-clown (Pennywise, is that you?). Fans haven’t let this hold them back though. Theories are emerging regarding the many different routes the season may take. The most talked about three are: Jack might come back, Dean and Sam might die together, and Chuck might die. We all know which one we don’t want to happen at all costs. The Winchester brothers simply cannot die for good; it’s heresy. Perhaps, now is a good time to go, so as to not maintain longevity at the cost of quality. Finally, all the questionable pairings from the show can die down. Mark 10th of October on your calendar, everyone.
