Day tests positive again; to be absent tomorrow
Bangladesh head coach Jamie Day will be absent from the dugout during a Bangladesh match for the first time since he joined in 2018, after he tested positive for coronavirus yet again.
The head coach gave his sample yesterday, one day after he had first tested positive. The 41-year-old first tested positive on the routine tests carried out on all the players and staff of both Bangladesh and Nepal on Saturday, a day after Bangladesh's 2-0 win against Nepal on November 13. All the others have tested negative.
Assistant coach Stuart Watkiss will be in charge when Bangladesh face Nepal in the second friendly match tomorrow.
