Garcia eyes Juve scalp
Roma coach Rudi Garcia is hoping his side can capitalise on home advantage as they look to end a near two-year wait for a league win over champions Juventus on Sunday.
Roma, runners-up to Juventus for the second consecutive time last season, host the Turin giants in the first top-of-the-table clash of the fledgling Serie A season.
Their last win league win goes back to February 2013, and although Garcia has called for patience for the club's new recruits to settle in, he expects Roma to come firing out the blocks after a rather tame display against Verona last week.
"Tomorrow we have to go out looking for the win and make the most of the fact we're playing at home in front of our fans," Garcia told media on Saturday.
"Juve have won the league the past four seasons and they've strengthened their squad with some good buys in the transfer market.
"It's going to be a cracker of a game but I want to see us going out with far more intensity than we had against Verona."
Roma could only escape from the Bentegodi stadium last week with a point after a 1-1 draw in their league opener, when both Mohamed Salah and Edin Dzeko -- signed on loan from Chelsea and Manchester City respectively -- failed to hit the net.
Garcia has called on fans to give his new arrivals time.
"It's normal for the new lads coming in, like Salah and Dzeko, to need time to adapt to the tactics. They're both top quality players."
