The authorities have made grand preparations ahead of the much-anticipated inauguration of the Padma Bridge, which is scheduled to be held tomorrow in a festive manner.
A large spectacular stage, 150 feet long and 40 feet wide, has been built in the style of Padma Bridge at the rally venue, with a huge boat floating on the water right in front of the stage.
The stage has been made by placing 10 spans on 11 pillars next to it. The entire installation resembles a big boat plying along the bridge.
