Kurigram SSC question paper leak

Police have arrested three more people, including two teachers, for their alleged involvement in leaking the question paper of SSC examinations in Bhurungamari upazila of Kurigram.

Agriculture teacher of Bhurungamari Nehal Uddin Girls' High School Hamidul Islam, Bangla teacher Sohel Chowdhury, and the school's peon Sujon Mia -- were arrested last night (September 21, 2022), our Lalmonirhat correspondent reports quoting Kurigram Superintendent of Police Al Asad Md Mahfuzul Islam

"Three more people have been arrested in connection with the question leak. Total six people have been arrested in this connection so far. The arrestees may also be interrogated taking on remand, if necessary. All those involved in the question paper leak will be brought under the law," he said.

On September 20, police arrested three teachers for their involvement in leaking question paper.

Dinajpur education board yesterday postponed the SSC exams on four subjects after question papers of the English exams, held on Monday and Tuesday (September 19 and 20, 2022), were leaked the nights before in Kurigram's Bhurungamari upazila.
