Jahangirnagar University students brought out a torch-wielding procession this evening in protest to the attack on agitating students at Jhigatola today.

Over a thousand students joined the torch wielding procession at Jahangirnagar University campus and declared to march to Dhaka tomorrow.

A street drama named ‘Ekti Nonfiction’ was staged after the procession in protest to the BCL attack.

Earlier yesterday and today, BCL men attacked student protesters at Jhigatola in Dhaka as they demanded road safety after the death of two college students on July 29.
