Chittagong stock exchange

Stocks at the port city bourse dropped today while the turnover rose.

The CASPI, the all share price index of the stock exchange, down 72 points, or 0.38 per cent, to 18,615.

At the Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE), 61 stocks up, 177 down and 32 did not move at the end of the trading hour.

Turnover at the CSE stood at Tk 22 crore today, up from Tk 19 crore of the previous day.
