What he will do now!
West Bengal's Bharatiya Janata Party leader Anupam Hazra, who had threatened to hug Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee if he got infected with Covid19, has tested positive for the virus, state health department officials said yesterday. Hazra, who has recently been appointed as a national secretary of the BJP, was admitted to a private hospital in Kolkata today. At a rally in Baruipur in South 24 Parganas on Sunday, Hazra, a former Trinamool Congress lawmaker from Bolpur who joined the BJP in January 2019, accused Mamata of not feeling the pain of victims and said: "If someday I am found Covid positive, I will go to Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee and hug her."
