Mashrafe to play for star-studded India Capitals in Legends League
Former Bangladesh captain Mashrafe Bin Mortaza is set to feature for the star-studded India Capitals in the second edition of the Legends League Cricket.
Former cricketers from around the world will take part in the franchise-based T20 tournament. Mashrafe was roped in by India Capitals from the players' draft.
Under the leadership of former India captain Gautam Gambhir, Mashrafe will be playing alongside the likes of South Africa's legendary all-rounder Jack Kallis, Australian seamer Mitchell Johnson and New Zealand batter Ross Taylor in the India Capitals side.
All the franchises have revealed their squads.
Apart from India Capitals, the four-team tournament will also feature Bhilwara Kings, Gujarat Lions and Manipal Tigers. The tournament is set to begin on September 16 and will be played across six cities in India.
