LIVING WITH THE STARS

NEW is ALWAYS BETTER

Showbiz Desk

Star Showbiz always has grand plans to celebrate some of our culture's wonderful events. Problem is that we are always so caught up with our work, we end up trying to finish whatever it was we were undertaking at the given time. This is a very sad thing and in light of the upcoming Bengali New Year, our resolution for this year would be to plan more efficiently and execute those plans so that Showbiz can truly display its potential to our readers. In light of this New Year's resolution, we present to you twelve young achievers for a special Boishak issue. While we acknowledge the existence and importance of young achievers in all fields, we will only focus on those working in our media industry. And we aren't just focusing on celebrities in the media either. The people chosen this year features members working in all sectors of the media. Mind you, these individuals aren't exactly the household name yet. However, they are included in this list in light of the fact these individuals have the potential to make something of themselves in the future. They have the potential to reestablish the industry as they are new to the industry and will constantly find new ways to improve it, and in so doing, bring our industry back from the brink of extinction.

It should be noted that this list is in no way absolute. This list was only made based on their current progress and their talents. Another form of misunderstanding that may happen is that people may now assume that they are the best, but simply not true. And for those who haven't made the list; no hard feelings as they will certainly be included next year.
