JP’s new Rangpur convener committee without Ranga approved
Jatiya Party's Rangpur District Convener Committee has been approved, excluding Moshiur Rahman Ranga, who was the presidium member and the chief whip of the opposition in Jatiya Sangsad.
JP Chairman GM Quader approved the committee, according to a press release signed by JP Office Secretary-2 MA Razzak Khan issued last (September 20, 2022) night.
The release said JP Secretary General Mujibul Haque Chunnu has dissolved the previous committee of the district unit and recommended the 31-member committee, reports our Dinajpur correspondent.
Freedom fighter Abul Masud Nantu has been made convener while former general secretary Abdur Razzaq made member secretary of the committee.
Ranga, who was president of JP's Rangpur district unit, was removed from all party posts on September 14.
