Sacked ACC official Sharif Uddin applies for reinstatement in job
Terminated assistant director of Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC), Sharif Uddin, has applied for reinstatement in the job.
He submitted an application to the ACC chairman this morning, citing some of his successful works.
He himself submitted the application at the ACC's reception.
On February 16, ACC gave Sharif Uddin stand release as per 54 (2) of ACC (staff) rules, 2008.
Sharif Uddin had reportedly been conducting investigations into corruption allegations against different offices and hospitals.
Sharif Uddin was posted at the Chattogram office for three years before being transferred in 2021.
