Tasnia Farin takes up harmonium, sings surprising patriotic song

Tasnia Farin has managed to steal the hearts of the audience with her power-packed performance as an actress. Interestingly, the talented actress wanted to be a singer. A lesser known fact is, that Farin is a trained classical singer.

The actress has a Bachelor's degree in classical and Nazrul Geeti, from Nazrul Academy. Recently, she was spotted singing the patriotic song, "Eki Oporup Rupey Ma Tomay Herinu Polli-Janani" in an event. While she performs, the performance was recorded and posted on the social media by noted lyricist and senior journalist, Kabir Bakul.

The artiste made her silver screen debut with the West Bengal film, "Aro Ek Prithibi", directed by Atanu Ghosh. Earlier Farin captivated the audience with her performance in the Hoichoi web series "Karagar", directed by Syed Ahmed Shawki. She shared the screens with Chanchal Chowdhury, Intekhab Dinar, and FS Nayeem amongst other great performers.

She has been receiving accolades and critical acclamation for her work in "Aro Ek Prithibi". Farin is currently working in several projects, including lending voice to the Korean series dubbed in Bangla. She will be seen in the Deepto Play original web-film, "Nikosh".
