Man dies under train while talking on phone

A 60-year-old man died as a train ran him over on the capital's Malibagh level crossing yesterday.
The deceased, Mohammad Farid, was talking over the mobile phone during the incident, said Yasin Faruk, officer-in-charge of Dhaka Railway Police Station.
Farid was from Habiganj. He lived in Chawk Bazar in Old Dhaka. A petty trader, Farid used to collect recyclable items from Malibagh area.
