Owned’s ‘Omor’ is a visual masterpiece

Owned, one of Bangladesh's most prolific young rock bands, released their single Omor yesterday, accompanied by a visual marvel of a music video. The animated video, the result of a gargantuan effort by Locust Productions, overtook all conversations involving music lovers yesterday for its brilliant, gritty portrayal of Owned's grunge roots. 

As a loving tribute to pop-culture that inspired the band members, there is a myriad of easter eggs and references that warrants many re-watches.

Omor will be a part of the much-anticipated Owned 3, in which the band will complete their trilogy of albums. The song can be accessed on local and international music streaming sites, as well as Owned's YouTube page.
