Annual bdNOG workshop begins soon
Bangladesh Network Operators Group (bdNOG) and Internet Service Providers Association of Bangladesh (ISPAB) are hosting the 15th iteration of the bdNOG conference and workshop on December 9 to 12, 2022. The workshop aims to provide training to internet engineers on Network Management and Monitoring (NMM) and IPv6 deployment.
According to Chairman of bdNOG Board of Trustee, Sumon Ahmed Sabir, this conference has been organised regularly to exchange knowledge and experience among Bangladeshi engineers. These workshops have also helped conduct various operational researches and promote local ICT talents at the international level, helping provide better internet services for Bangladesh.
Reagrding the conference, ISPAB President Md. Emdadul Haque stated that program hopes to develop the internet sector of Bangladesh while builind professtional skills of domestic participants. According to him, skilled engineers who have previously taken part in bdNOG are already contributing to Bangladesh's foreign remittance by creating their own workplaces abroad.
