Alex Hales will join England’s preparation camp in Cardiff ahead of the World Cup, on Saturday. The 30-year-old had missed Nottinghamshire’s first three games in the One-Day Cup due to “personal reasons”.
Hales, who was named in England’s World Cup squad, had made himself unavailable for the games and no timetable was set for his return, the county had said in a statement.
