India 256-8 against England in 3rd ODI
India made 256 for eight after being sent into bat by England captain Eoin Morgan in the third and deciding one-day international at Headingley on Tuesday.
Virat Kohli, the India captain, top-scored with 71, while paceman David Willey (three for 40) and leg-spinner Adil Rashid (three for 49) shared six wickets on their Yorkshire home ground.
India were indebted to a late flurry from tailender Shardul Thakur, who hit the only two sixes of the innings in his 22 not out.
The three-match series is level at 1-1 after India won the first ODI at Trent Bridge by eight wickets and England triumphed by 86 runs at Lord's on Saturday.
