Baby girl violated

A three-year-old girl suffered injuries after being violated by a neighbour at Fulhori village in Shailkupa upazila on Tuesday evening.
The rapist is Sumon Hossain, 16, son of Esharat Ali of the village.
Rashed-AL-Mamun, RMO of Sadar hospital, said the victim is now out of danger in the hospital.
Ahsan Habib, OC of Shailkupa police, said a case was filed in this connection yesterday noon, and police were trying to arrest Sumon.
The victim's father said he could not file the case for three days due to obstruction from the ruling party people. They were threatening to kill him if he filed any case, he said.
