‘Rongila Kitab’ named Best Web-Series, Nuhash and Mosharraf also win big at Meril-Prothom Alo Awards

The web-series "Rongila Kitab" won the Best Web-Series Award at the 26th edition of the ongoing Meril-Prothom Alo Awards 2024. This Hoichoi original series has been created by Anam Biswas.

Actress Afsana Mimi and director Ashfaque Nipun handed over the awards to the winners under this category. Shakib R Khan of Hoichoi Bangladesh accepted the award on behalf of "Rongila Kitab".

Director Nuhash Humayun won the Best Director Award in the web-series category for "Dui Shaw".

Actor Mosharraf Karim won the Best Actor Award for his role in the series "Adhunik Bangla Hotel". Meanwhile, Zeenat Ara won the Best Actor Award for her role in the web-series "Sinpaat".

Salazar Rahman, who wrote the screenplay of the series "Kalpurush", won the Best Screenplay Award.
