Ctg airport: Man held with 10 gold bars

Customs officials yesterday detained a man with 10 gold bars at Chattogram Shah Amanat International Airport.

The detainee is Sazzad Hossain, a passenger of Biman Bangladesh flight that landed at the airport from Jeddah around 11:30am, said Neyamul Hasan, deputy commissioner of Customs. The bars were detected hidden in a lithium battery inside a toy car.
