Shop to colour block
If you have no idea what that is and have not yet adorned yourself in solid chunks of contrasting colours, then you are certainly way behind in acknowledging the ideation of fashion. And it's about time you learn.
The concept of 'çolour blocking' is simple enough, but the execution is not as easy as it may seem. Making a bold style statement through the combination of relatively large areas of two to three solid colours — that's colour blocking 101 for you!
Thankfully, our very own chic fashion designer, Ezmat Naz Haque Rima, or simply Rima Naz, has developed a selected line on colour blocks this season, and paired them astonishingly well with sequined and contemporary cut outfits. And, all this just to make your life a little bit easier...loose, trendy, uber-chic and offbeat at the same time, she is certainly your designer for the season. With her collection, there's something perfect for any evening party without any worries about being dull and dreary.
And Naz does not stop there. She has an exclusive collection of patchwork dresses that looks as colourful and trendy as the solid blocks. Meant to be more of a formal wear, these can also be sported in any casual get-together with family and friends.
"I planned to do something different this time with my collection. Last season, I worked with the military line, I had a tremendous response from fashion aficionados and this time, I had to keep up with my own pace, and so, I decided to do something different and trendy all over. And I think, the clientele will again appreciate what I have done. That's all I can hope for at the moment," said the designer.
If we look at her official social media pages, we would find that the ace designer is certainly at par with international level designers, with all her experiments and way forward designs.
Well, I don't know about the rest of you, but this season I am certainly getting some colour blocks, sequins and patchworks in my wardrobe. And I strongly recommend that you do too.
Happy shopping peeps!
