New DMD for Union Capital

Chowdhury Manzoor Liaquat has recently been appointed as deputy managing director of Union Capital Ltd, a multiproduct financial institution.

Prior to the appointment, Liaquat was senior executive vice president of Bank Asia, Union Capital said in a statement yesterday.

He started his career as a probationary officer of AB Bank

Manzoor worked at AB Bank in different capacities including head of main branch and regional relationship manager of Dhaka division, according to the statement.
