Somoy TV resumes broadcast

Private television channel Somoy TV resumed its regular broadcast last night under new management.

The broadcast resumed at 11:59pm, according to the announcement announced on its social media handles.

Its broadcast was suspended for a week starting August 19, following a petition filed by the new management to temporarily take the channel off the air to facilitate a fresh start, a move that the previous management, which has now been ousted, strongly opposed.
