RCC opens call centre for its residents
Rajshahi City Corporation (RCC) today opened a call centre to support city dwellers.
From now on, Rajshahi city dwellers can call 16105 to report any problem, file any complaints, and seek suggestions regarding municipal services.
RCC Mayor AHM Khairuzzaman Liton inaugurated the call centre at the Rajshahi Nagar Bhaban.
He said by making a call, people would be able to avail of various services including waste management and healthcare.
"Citizens can tell us about their problems, and complaints and give suggestions. With this, we can increase the quality of services," he said.
The call centre manned by six operators will be open from 9:00am to 4:00pm on weekdays.
