Bangladesh National Women Lawyers' Association (BNWLA) demanded exemplary punishment to a local Jamaat leader at Pirgachha in Rangpur and schoolteacher Nurul Huq for sexual harassment to his girl students, says a press release yesterday.
The BNWLA press release said report published in newspaper yesterday that Nurul Huq used to sexually harass female students when they go to his house for study. The girl students could not protest or disclose the matter as he is an influential local Jamaat leader.
BNWLA also demanded neutral probe into the matter.
