Souls releases “Jam”
After quite a long gap, popular band Souls is back with its new album. The album titled “Jam” was released on December 9 at a local café in Dhaka. The lead guitarist and vocal of the band Partho Barua along with other band members was present at the event.
Head of Market Communications of Grameenphone Sazid Rizwan was also among the guests. Grameenphone, sponsor of the album, has digitally released the album few weeks earlier. Souls' last album “Jhutjhamela” was released in 2006.
The album consists of 12 songs: “Nirmolendu Goon”, “Chhaya”, “Jam”, “Mon Kharap”, “Gaan”, “Natto Kobita”, “Notun Bhore”, “Bornochora”, “Brishti”, “Priomukh”, “Dosshi Meye” and “Atashbaji”.
The lyricists of the songs are Kabir Bakul, Ashraf Babu, Mahfuz Rahman, Ashiq, Golam Morshed, Golam Kabir Roni, T. I. Antar and Rana.

The album is produced and distributed by Deadline Music.
