The coach of Sheikh Russel Krira Chakra Mahmudul Haque Liton has been slapped with a one-match 'stadium ban' for his unruly behaviour during their last Bangladesh League match against Feni Soccer Club.
Liton threw a water bottle at the ground during Sheikh Russel's away match at the Shaheed Abdus Salam Sdamium on May 29. The decision was taken at a disciplinary committee meeting of the Bangladesh Football Federation yesterday. The ruling means Liton will not be allowed in the dugout or dressing room for tonight's crucial match against Sheikh Jamal Sporting Club.
