Include Dalits in census

Speakers yesterday said exclusion of any citizen during the population census is violation of human rights. They urged the government to give special attention to the Dalit and other backward communities.
They told a media advocacy programme organised by SHAREE, an NGO, at Chittagong Press Club. Coordinator of SHAREE Umesh Saha, journalist M Nasirul Haque, social worker Jesmeen Sultana Paru spoke at the event.
