Khaleda to brief media tomorrow
BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia will brief the media tomorrow about her party's stance on the latest political development and its next course of action on their post-election agitation programme.
The meeting will be held at Hotel Westin at 4:00 pm tomorrow, Sayrul Kabir Khan, a press wing staff of the BNP chief, told The Daily Star.
Khaleda is going to hold the press conference, three days after a new cabinet was formed with Awami League President Sheikh Hasina as the prime minister.
In the 49-member council of ministers, the PM included the chiefs of the Workers Party, Jatiya Samajtantrik Dal and Jatiya Party-Manju and three MPs of the Ershad-led Jatiya Party.
The BNP-led 18-party alliance boycotted the January 5 election, as its demand for a non-party caretaker government to oversee the polls was not met.
