Come winter, Cox's Bazar – the hub of Bangladeshi tourism -- sees a huge crowd flocking in from different corners of the country, as well as from abroad in search of the sea and more recently to whet their palate. Seafood has suddenly seen a rise in popularity among us and Cox’s Bazar is the place to be to taste it straight from the source.
Such a huge water body stretching to the horizons, how can one not ponder the bounty of fish? Our writers, in their recent expedition, visited the fish markets. And the variety these bazaars offer -- from squid to swordfish -- is amazing.
