The Metropolitan Museum of Art rolled out the red carpet for fashion's biggest evening, drawing celebrities from across the globe. Among the notable attendees of this major New York charity event, were Bollywood's Kiara Advani, Diljit Dosanjh, Manish Malhotra, Sabyasachi, and Priyanka Chopra.

This year saw the Met Gala debut of Indian stars Kiara Advani, Diljit Dosanjh, and Shah Rukh Khan. Meanwhile, Priyanka Chopra Jonas made her much-anticipated return for her fifth appearance, walking the iconic steps alongside husband Nick Jonas.

The night's spotlight, however, shone brightest on Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan. With his striking debut, he became the first Indian male actor ever to walk the Met Gala carpet, marking a historic moment on the blue carpet.

Priyanka Chopra, a Met Gala regular, wowed once again in a custom polka-dot suit dress by Balmain's Olivier Rousteing. Her look was complemented by exquisite high jewelry from Bvlgari, the luxury brand she represents as a global ambassador.

Also making a memorable debut was Kiara Advani, who, glowing with maternal radiance as she awaits her first child's birth, wore a black, gold, and white ensemble. Her gown subtly honoured her pregnancy, featuring a heart-shaped embellishment symbolising the baby.

Stealing attention with his cultural pride was Diljit Dosanjh, who made a regal entrance in a dandy Punjabi-inspired outfit designed by Prabal Gurung. His attire not only celebrated his roots but also aligned perfectly with the evening's theme, "Tailored To You."

This year's theme, Superfine: Tailoring Black Style, was inspired by Monica L Miller's book "Slaves to Fashion: Black Dandyism" and the "Styling of Black Diasporic Identity". The Met Gala, held annually to support the Costume Institute, began in 1948, and has since evolved into one of the most prestigious nights in fashion.
