Asaduzzaman Noor diagnosed with Covid-19 for second time
Eminent actor and Member of Parliament Asaduzzaman Noor has been admitted to a hospital after being diagnosed with Covid-19. This is the second time that the actor has been infected with the coronavirus disease.
The news was confirmed to The Daily Star by Ghulam Kuddus, president of cultural organisation Sammilito Sangskritik Jote.
"Asaduzzaman Noor bhai's covid result came positive last night. For safety precautions, we admitted him to the hospital. There are no big complications, and he is doing fairly well right now," said Ghulam Kuddus.
Last week, the veteran artiste performed in a play for Bangladesh Betar. Asaduzzaman Noor was first diagnosed with Covid-19 on December 4, 2020.
