Excited to watch 'Din: The Day' together with audience: Barsha
Actress Afiea Nusrat Barsha will be returning to the big screen, after almost seven years, with the most anticipated movie of the year "Din: The Day" this Eid-ul-Adha. Directed by Iranian filmmaker, Murtaza Otash Jamjam, she will be seen opposite her husband, Ananta Jalil, in the movie.
'Din: The Day' is a joint production of Bangladesh and Iran. It will feature an international cast, with actors from Iran and Lebanon working in the movie as well.
Barsha is currently busy promoting the film with her husband throughout the city. The movie will be screened in more than 100 cinema halls throughout the country.
"After many years, the audience will see us on the cinema screen together. I have a completely different look in this movie, and am excited for the audience to see it. I put my heart, soul and blood into this film," said Barsha.
Barsha also talked about how the movie will help unite the culture of both countries.
"I have worked on this movie for almost three and a half years. It was challenging for us to shoot, especially in Iran. We had to match our dialogues with their language and speech. At the same time, we had to follow a strict set of rules and regulations as well," mentioned Barsha.
"We always want to do movies which can be watched with family. And our work can only be successful if this audience enjoys our movie," added the "Khoj: The Search" actress.
