‘Good Luck Bangladesh’ revived to boost Bangladesh cricket team's spirit

Bangladesh has been participating in the Cricket World Cup tournament since 1999. Back then, a special song dedicated to the Bangladesh cricket team, "Good Luck Bangladesh", had gained immense popularity to the point that people even railed on the streets singing this song.
Now, on the occasion of the 13th edition of the Cricket World Cup, a new version of the song was aired today.
"Good Luck Bangladesh" was written by the famous actor and thespian Asaduzzaman Noor and first aired in celebration of the Bangladesh cricket team's victory over Pakistan in the Cricket World Cup in 1999.
The original song was voiced by Suvro Dev, Syed Abdul Hadi, Subir Nandi, and Shakila Zafar.
Speaking about the new rendition of "Good Luck Bangladesh", Suvro Dev shared with the media, "Back in 1999, when Bangladesh defeated Pakistan in Cricket World Cup, people took to the streets to celebrate and sung this song to their heart's content.
He added, "Now after over twenty-three years, I recorded the new version of 'Good Luck Bangladesh' two days ago at Channel i's studio. Every one of us wants Bangladesh to win the Cricket World Cup this time. As an artiste, I have already shared my prayer for the team through this song."
The new version of "Good Luck Bangladesh" was jointly voiced by Suvro Dev, Konal, Ananya, and Tariq Mridha. It was aired today on Channel i during the second match held between Bangladesh and England in India.
