Youth held with bombs

Detectives arrested a young man with two bombs at Nalda Bazar in Sadar upazila of the district on Tuesday night. The arrestee is Abdul Wazed, 35, son of Abu Taher of Kodali village. Acting on a tip-off, the law enforcers raided the area and arrested Wazed with the bombs at around 10:30pm, said Joyonto Chakrabarty, sub-inspector of Pabna DB police. A case was filed in this connection.
