Acting on a tip off, a team of Rab-15 conducted a drive in the area where a group of robbers were preparing to commit a robbery, he said.

Sensing the presence of elite force, the robbers opened fire targeting Rab personnel, forcing them to retaliate that triggered a "gunfight", the Rab official said.

After the gunfight, Rab official conducted a drive on the hill and found two bullet-hit bodies lying on the ground. 15 pistols, 28 rounds of bullets and huge numbers of machetes were recovered from the spot.

Two Rab men were injured in the "gunfight", the Rab official said.
