Road crashes kill 30 during Eid holidays

At least 30 people were killed and 104 others injured in road accidents throughout the country in the last three days of Eid-ul-Fitr occasion.

The reports of the incidents came from capital Dhaka, Faridpur, Sirajganj, Narayanganj, Bogura, Jhenidah, Bagerhat, Lalmonirhat, Tangail and Narsingdi.

Of the deceased, seven people were killed on Tuesday; 14 killed on Wednesday (the Eid day) and others killed on Thursday, according to the reports from our correspondents.

Eight motorcyclists among the victims met the tragic deaths when they were on ride during the Eid holidays.
