Coronavirus awareness: Bangladesh suspends entry of foreigners through land ports

Bangladesh has suspended entry of all foreign nationals through the land ports of the country to prevent spread of coronavirus, according to a government gazette.

The order goes into effect from midnight today and will continue until further notice, reads the gazette issued by the home ministry with signature of Senior Assistant Secretary (Immigration-2) Monira Haque.
