Dipu Moni warns of stern action against question paper leak attempt

The government will take stern action against any evil attempt to leak question papers of Secondary School Certificate and equivalent examinations, Education Minister Dipu Moni said today.

The education minister said this while visiting an exam centre at Bangamata Sheikh Fazilatunnesa Mujib Government Secondary School in Dhaka's Ashkona area, reports Bangla Daily Prothom Alo.

Dipu Moni was talking to the journalists before leaving the centre ahead of the beginning of today’s exams.

The education ministry is now on high alert to check the question paper leak, the minister said adding that there is no negative news regarding this so far.

“We all want the examination to be held in an atmosphere that is free of question paper leak and forgery. I call upon everyone to work towards holding the examinations in free and fair manner,” Dipu Moni said.

Deputy Minister for Education Mohibul Hasan Chowdhury, Secondary and Higher Education Division Secretary Sohrab Hossain and Secretary of Technical and Madrasa Education Division Md Alamgir were also present during the minister’s visit at the centre.
