Boishakh Collection by Le Reve - wear your dreams
Launched in 2009 with the tagline 'wear your dreams', Le Reve has been offering clothing and accessories for those who cherish simplicity and traditional designs. In less than five years, Le Reve has achieved tremendous popularity mainly because of its ability to unveil newer collections for every significant festival or social occasion. This year's Pohela Boishakh is no different. Le Reve offers its patrons a Boishakh collection of fashion wear and accessories in vibrant hues of crimson, amber, white, mustard, parrot-green, and indigo.
Le Reve's Boishakh collection for women consists of shalwar kameez sets, each of them integrating multiple fabrics such as cotton with lace or georgette. Cotton is the dominant material in this fashion house. Tie-dye, paisley, patchwork, basic embroidery, and applique are heavily used in Le Reve's creations. The designs and cuts are primarily traditional, providing a respite from the asymmetrical cuts that are doing the rounds in the conventional fashion scene. The simplicity of this collection makes it appropriate for regular day-wear in the summer.
A selection of kaftans and fatuas in varying materials, designs, mostly in vibrant summer shades of pink and teal, are available here. Women can choose to accessorise their outfits with Le Reve's light-fabric scarves and chunky metal and stone jewelleries, including bracelets, necklaces, and earrings.
Le Reve offers the men a collection of short panjabis in maroon, indigo, olive-green, scarlet, turquoise, sky-blue, yellow, and white. Mostly in cotton, the men's collection too is simple and not too flashy. If you are looking for wedding panjabis with intricate work all over the garment, Le Reve is not the ideal choice for you. In the panjabi section, white is the dominant colour. The creations in white are also unique with exquisite collar-work and embellished buttons.
Le Reve does not overlook the needs of children for the upcoming festive event. Fotuas, panjabis and dresses are available here, mostly in floral prints and bright colours. White tees emblazoned with cricketer Shakib Al Hassan's image and history are quite appealing for sport-enthusiastic boys.
