'Who Cares' about anti-bullying
The consequences of bullying can often have a severe and at times, deadly impact on the victims. In an effort to raise awareness and inspire the youth to stand up against bullying, former Beatle front-man Paul McCartney recently paired up with Oscar winner Emma Stone in a music video titled Who Cares. The track is from McCartney's 17th solo studio album, Egypt Station.
In the music video, McCartney plays a psychologist, while Stone depicts the patient. From the therapist's office, the scene transcends to a black and white realm with unique visuals. Choreographed by Ryan Heffington, the music video blends the artistry of mime along with the dance moves. McCartney's vocals emphasises on the anti-bullying message as the duo try the escape the tormentors.
McCartney collaborated with several non-profit organisations to set off an anti-bullying campaign titled #WhoCaresIDo on social media.
