BUP Ain Somiti gets new committee

Ziaul Hoque and Zayed Bin Naser have been elected the president and general secretary of the first executive committee of Bangladesh University of Professionals Ain Somiti (BAS).

The election was held at a convention centre in Mirpur on October 22 where Abdul Baten, member of Bangladesh Bar Council, was present, said a press release.

The new committee has five vice-presidents, four joint-secretaries, five organising-secretaries, two assistant organising-secretaries and two members.

BAS is an alumni association of the law department at BUP.
