Wahidur new envoy to Egypt, Tarik to Sri Lanka

The government has decided to appoint Md Wahidur Rahman and Tarik Ahsan as the new ambassador to Egypt and high commissioner to Sri Lanka respectively.
Wahidur is currently serving as Bangladesh High Commissioner to Kenya and Tarik as the director general of International Organisations Wing in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Both of them belong to the 9th batch of BCS (Foreign Affairs) Cadre, said a foreign ministry press release.
