Amartya Sen “unable” to receive “Bangabibhusan” conferred by Mamata Banerjee govt

Nobel laureate Bangalee economist Amartya Sen has expressed his inability to receive the “Bangabibhusan”, the highest civilian award conferred by the West Bengal government, according to his daughter Antara Dev Sen.
