'Stolen' Ctg baby rescued in Comilla

Police rescued a nine-month old baby from a Langolcoat house in Comilla yesterday, seven days after he was allegedly stolen from his Chittagong residence.

Domestic help Sweety Begum took away the baby boy in the name of going to a shop on February 7, police said.The rescue was made on information provided by arrested Abdus Salam, Md Nasir and Shuba Dey, they added.

Sweety is yet to be held.
